Choice Architecture and purposeful design to increase engagement

As online engagement practitioners, we make design and choice architecture decisions that can affect whether and how participants respond to questions and provide input. Some of these decisions are conscious. Some of them are not considered. 

At the 2022 IAP2 North American Conference in Banff, Elizabeth Thornley and Joseph Thornley provided session participants with an opportunity to learn about and consider the impact of design and choice architecture through interactive exercises followed by discussion.
